At Dales Ales, we take responsible drinking seriously. We offer a next day alcohol delivery service, and we want to make sure that our customers are using the service responsibly.

If you feel like you need to take a break from drinking, we want to help you. If you sign up for self-exclusion, you will be temporarily barred from using our next day alcohol delivery service. You can sign up for self-exclusion at any time, and there is no minimum or maximum duration. Once you have signed up for self-exclusion, you will not be able to use our next day alcohol delivery service for the duration of your self-exclusion period. If you try to use the service during your self-exclusion period, your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded the amount. You will also be removed from all direct marketing communication.
